Commerce Research Research Library provides access to resources to users at the HBHC building, including NOAA staff, using their own instance of OpenAthens. Additionally, CRL also provides access WestLaw and LexisNexis to all NOAA staff.
If you're a NOAA staff member who has an existing Commerce Research Library OpenAthens account, it is recommended that you use separate browsers when logging into either NOAA or CRL OpenAthens instances.
